  I went visit the shrine in June .. My first time such a holy place and the workers so helpful
  In giving our lil a special welcome.. Blessed Fr. Seelos presence was felt in a profound way.

  I always find comfort when I visit the Shrine of Blessed Fr. Seelos. The gift shop has an incredible amount of religious items and artifacts to choose from which allows me to take home a little piece of this amazing shrine once I leave. The volunteers are always cheerful and friendly which only adds to the atmosphere of peace and warmness that I love so much.

  Two weeks before I was scheduled to have a PET scan, a friend and another lady who possessed a relic of Blessed Seelos prayed over me. At the time, I was convinced that my lymphoma had returned after being cancer free for several years. I humbly and gratefully report that my PET scan revealed no cancer. Thank you Blessed Seelos.

  Praying for divine intervention to help us find a snake that just went into our house, tried to get an exterminator, but none is available. Pray Father Seelos will help us find the snake soon.

  The shrine of Blessed Francis Xavier Seelos is a profound place to visit. People travel all over the world to go to various shrines and we have this powerful saint right here in New Orleans. I have been going to this shrine for the past 27 years. St. Mary's is one of the beautiful churches here in our city. Prayers are answered by this saint, especially for cancer. I myself have cancer and am doing fine so far, all thanks to his intercession. My grandson was born a preme, he only weighed 2 lbs when born, my daughter placed the 1st class relic in his nicu crib, it stayed with him the whole time. He is now 4 yrs old, a beautiful little boy with the name Blaise Seelos.
